On Saturday, July 29, multiple communities in Northern West Virginia were hit hard by steady and heavy rains, which led to flash flooding, causing damage to dozens of homes and businesses. God’s Pit Crew has reached out to several contacts in the affected areas to assess the need for assistance, and volunteers have begun loading a tractor trailer, filled with Blessing Buckets and other essential relief supplies.

The trailer will depart the GPC Distribution Center first thing Tuesday morning. The tractor trailer load will arrive in Hundred, W.Va. tomorrow afternoon, and will be delivered to Hundred High School, where a shelter and distribution center has been set-up for victims affected by the flooding.

Please check our Facebook for continued updates. Also, please join us in keeping the people of West Virginia in our prayers during this difficult time, as they begin the clean-up and recovery process. "
